Bdartimes -
His Eminence Sayyed
Ammar Al-Hakim the Chief of the Iraqi Islamic Supreme Council, has
indicated that the collegiate student does want to dedicate himself to
the study and learning in order to become a capital that serves Iraq,
"it is of your rights upon Iraq that it grants you the support and help
in your study, and it is not a big matter, we does not blame any one,
but is it a costly process when a collegiate student is given an ID
100,000 (nearly $85) in order to devote himself to the studying?"
"This sum of money
(ID 100,000) which will be spent today, Iraq would get it back in future
many times, by means of Iraqi qualified experts and capabilities most of
the current situation would be changed."
That speech has been
come during the visit of his Eminence into the residential compound of
one of universities in Baghdad for the sake of evaluating and to be
aware of the students' conditions in order to secure the support and
help for this important slice of the Iraqi society, and then his
