The Supreme religious Referential Authority

 National Roles and big efforts in building of the new Iraq.

The Shiite Grand Supreme religious Referential Authority's role in consolidating of Iraq's people issues was always present and it will continue as a proof of the strong connection which collects people with the Supreme Religious Referential Authority (SRRA).

Firstly, from its national stances in strengthening of the Iraq's people revolts and uprisings against tyrants and totalitarian systems, as happened in the popular 1920'S revolution where the SRRA had blessed and bolstered the revolution which led to make Iraq an independent state, as a first independent country in the region, although the objection of the British colonialism at the time.

Besides that its role in confronting with the Saddam's Baathist regime, as well as the SRRA has defended Iraqi People, and had sacrificed their souls for those stances.

Following Saddam's Regime demise, the SRRA has adopted Iraqis' rightful demands from all Iraq's sects, ethnicities and political parties.

It has recommended Iraqis to fulfill parliamentary elections and draft the Constitution at a limited period, and perform referendum on it. Then these steps have led to constitute a national unity government represents all Iraqis.

The SRRA has adopted Iraq's People issues and called for founding of the country of law and institutions to substitute the tyrannical, totalitarian and extinct systems.

The SRRA has advised Iraqis to abide by the law and order, even at personal retaliation following regime collapse, and it recommended them to wait till founding of country institutions, and then, they will be able to sue the former regime's criminals and tyrants.

The SRRA has also spared the life of all Iraqis without discrimination, by declaring that the Iraqis' life is inviolable, it also advised them to not follow the takfirist Al-Qaeda's dogma or plots which aim to drag all Iraq's people components to the act and reaction, to wage a sectarian and civil wars among its sects and ethnicities. The SRRA, by its adoption of Iraq's people demands without distinction, indeed it emphasizes that it's on the same distance from any Iraqi and regardless of their races or sects, since the SRRA was not someday a headline for the sectarianism or for a specific sect, and its role did not cease at limits of adoption of Iraq's people demands and its rights and contribution in succeeding the political process, but it exceeded that, it had called on the Iraqi government to activate its role for submitting services to people, relieving their sufferings, and creating solutions for Iraq's troubles which are legally and religiously a government duty.

The SRRA has also stressed that the administrative corruption, bribery, misappropriation and other fraud means are forbidden and taboo, which bring about dissipation of country funds and disable the development, so it stressed that the government has to sue the involved persons in these illegal deeds. The assertion of SRRA on the obligation of law and order and building of the country of institutions in Iraq, this SRRA's attention rises from its perception for the importance of building a modern state in Iraq on these bases which leans on the principles of freedom, justice, equality, fair participation and rejection of violence and marginalizing. There is no doubt that the support and care of Iraq's people to SRRA have stressed that the durability, deep-rootedness and immortality of the relationship in Iraqis' mind and conscience, and the SRRA did so, which cares to consolidate Iraqi people unity, its national cohesion and its political options. If we studied the history, we would have seen many examples of SRRA's role in strengthening Iraq's people issues, and this role is now being practised to urge government to serve the people and to constitute the country of law and institutions in Iraq.
