Iraq , an Image to a New Horizon

Iraq's standing in the international and regional arena is prominent and obvious, obtained it from the geographical and historical factors, huge natural resources and fortunes that exist in Iraqi territories. But Iraq at all its old and contemporary history has stayed suffering many obstacles prevented its people from benefiting from these distinguishing features, rather these wealths were changed to a pressuring factors on Iraq's people through reaching of opportunist and tyrannical rulers who did not fill Iraq’s history except with a deep wounds and laments. With collapsing of the last of these models on 9 April 2003,for the first time along decades, the road became open and passable for Iraqis to build a national political system complies with their ambitions and wishs, and aims to make Iraq a stable and safe country where all Iraqis will enjoy with its wealths and welfare that they had been deprived along decades. Many steps and stages had been done which are represented by achieving a fair parliamentary elections two times which led to founding of the deputies' council and other government authorities, in addition to the formation of national government, which its members were selected from all Iraq's sects,ethnicities and political parties. important achievement which was drafting and writing of the Iraq's permeant constitution in addition to performing of referendum on it by all Iraqis, then the ratification was come in the parliament after the majority of Iraqis had accepted it in an unprecedented referendum, after the fake pretenses for former elections in the Saddam's era, which had been a propaganda for tyrants and their media which did not improve Iraqis' life except strengthening of the dictatorship, tyranny and aggressive, unprofitable wars policies against the neighboring countries and region in two aggressive wars with Iran and Kuwait which led to inflict Iraq formidable casualties and havoc, these wars have destroyed Iraq's economy and dissipated its fortunes, besides that Saddams' decision of Kuwait's invasion on 2 Aug 1990 has made Iraq a vulnerable to many international sanctions and resolutions and put Iraq in the chapter seven of UN charter which made Iraq under international mandate as outcome of the former regime catastrophical policies which caused misery and havoc for Iraqis. It's obvious that the Iraqis have suffered from Takfirist' (extremist) terrorism which aims to strike all Iraq's sects, ethnicities and their profound national cohesion, so as to these terrorist gangs implement their sectarian goals and plots which leans on dissemination of discord among Iraqis to drag them to civil wars under sectarian headlines. But Iraqis by their sustainable national cohesion in Iraq's land have foiled these futile and losing bets and buried them so as not to revive in Iraq once again. The political achievements that fulfilled a progress in the security situation in which the terrorist Al-Qaeda gang were defeated and expelled from all Iraq's land, emphasize that the Iraqis have passed the ordeal and reached to the stability ,at the same time they are pursuing the preparation for the most formidable reconstruction process in Iraq's history by huge budget, $48 billion, allocated for this field, which means that strategically projects will be built in all Iraq's cities which had been deprived for long decades.

Surely the beginning of these projects in Iraq will append a new big accomplishments to a list of achievements which had been fulfilled since collapse of the former regime, these steps will restore the normal Iraq's position in international arena and will prove the qualification of Iraqis in administrating and rebuilding of their country after extricating it from the tyrannical dynasty and rulers who had been dominating Iraqis by harshness, repression and confiscation of their history and sacrifices. Today, the Iraqis by fulfilling of above-mentioned achievements, verily they are emphasize their sustainable

abilities for building a free ,federal and democratic Iraq.
